TODAY is your last day to register for FREE transportation with SKSF to upcoming vaccine clinic. Need a flu shot? How about RSV, COVID-19, Tdap or Pneumonia vaccine? SKSF will be offering complimentary rides for individuals with disabilities & their caregivers to an upcoming vaccine clinic at Walgreens on Friday, January 24th. There will be 3 shuttle services available: Morning: 9 AM - 12 PM, Afternoon: 1 PM - 4 PM, Evening: 5 PM - 8 PM. Signing up is EASY! Simply fill out a Transportation Request Form (found online) by Wed, January 22nd - provide details such as preferred time, pickup address, & any accessibility needs. Once completed, an SKSF Coordinator will be in touch! We look forward to helping you stay protected this season!
